Thank you for requesting a donation from Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic. Because of the volume of requests we receive, we have recently changed the process for donating to organizations. 

We have established a committee that meets each quarter to review all requests we have received during that time frame. We take into consideration our mission as a company, along with the values and opinions of our employees. From all the requests we receive, we choose 1 recipient each quarter.  
If you would like us to consider you for a donation request, please fax or mail the following information: the organizations name, mission, contact person and phone #, what your fundraiser is, and what you are requesting from us. If you would like a written confirmation that we have received your request, please include an email address with your request.
