Bethany Botzenhart, Hospital Administrator
Bethany joined our staff as the hospital administrator in October of 2006. She is the daughter of a veterinarian and spent many hours at her father's pratice growing up. Bethany has a background in retail management and human resources. Prior to working at Brighton-Eggert, Bethany was a general manager of an Old Navy store for 8 years. She attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. In her free time, Bethany loves spending time with her family and is a part of several volunteer organizations including the Junior League of Buffalo and the DAR. Bethany currently resides in Williamsville with her husband, son, 2 dogs and a cat.
Beth Bunch, Lead Receptionist
Beth started work with Brighton-Eggert in April of 2004. Prior to that she lived in Maryland where she worked for a holistic veterinary clinic and a bonded/insured pet sitting company. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Shenandoah University in Virginia with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Music Theatre. The creative arts and animals have been her two passions for as long as she can remember. She enjoys music, writing, movies and traveling with her husband, Mark. She shares her home with her husband and 2 kitties, Blitzen and Flicker as well as the memory of three others Donnor, Oreo and Raisin.
Sarah Marren, Behavior Consultant/Lead Assistant
Sarah joined our staff in 2007. She is a professional dog trainer and has extensive experience in canine and feline behavior counseling. Sarah previously served as the Director of Animal Behavior & Training at the Erie County SPCA. She majored in Biology and Psychology at Buffalo State College. Sarah is active in the rescue and rehabilitation of homeless pets and volunteers her time and services to several local organizations. She shares her home with her daughter, 2 dogs, 2 cats, a chinchilla, and a tree frog.
Suzanne Penn, Lead Technician
Suzanne joined our staff in 2007. She is a licensed Veterinary technician in
New York
State,
who graduated from
Medaille
College
in 1996. She also majored in biology at the University at
Buffalo
. Suzanne recently moved back to the
Buffalo
area from
Gwinnett
County,
Georgia where she was the Hospital Director of a corporate veterinary hospital. She has over 14 years experience in the field of veterinary medicine, management and animal care. Among the love of animals she enjoys spending time with family and friends, scrapbooking, music and nature. She shares her home with daughter Isabella, dog Zora and kitty Pede.
