Dr. Colangelo was born and raised in Western New York, living mostly in the Town of Niagara but also Grand Island too. Dr. Colangelo graduated from Niagara Catholic High School and then obtained her Bachelor's degree in Biology from Canisius College in 2016. After that, she moved to Ithaca, NY to attend Cornell University for veterinary school where she just graduated this past May!

Dr. Colangelo enjoys all types of veterinary medicine but particularly loves how primary care allows her to treat so many different things on any given day, and get to establish a good relationship with clients and their pets.

In her free time, Dr. Colangelo enjoys hanging out with friends, playing with her dog, Lucy, or watching one of her favorite comedy TV shows (like The Office, Parks, and Recreation, or Brooklyn Nine-Nine). She is also an avid football fan, so come the Fall she is all about cheering on her favorite team! Dr. Colangelo is really looking forward to moving back to WNY and excited to start her career!
